Fred Blakeslee

Fred Blakeslee is General Counsel and a member of the Executive Committee at Lakefront Biotherapeutics. He joined the company in October 2025. Prior to joining Lakefront, he served as Vice President, Transactions, Legal at AbbVie, leading legal support for global business development and alliance management. Earlier in his career, he practiced at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and held senior law firm roles advising on private equity, corporate, and securities transactions across the biopharmaceutical industry. He holds a JD, cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, and a BA from The Ohio State University.
