Dan Grossman

Dan Grossman is Chief Strategy Officer at Lakefront Biotherapeutics. He joined the company in August 2025. Prior to Lakefront, he served as Head of Field Building at the Psychedelic Science Funders Collaborative, where he developed a field-wide investment roadmap and cross-sector partnerships to accelerate mental health innovation. Earlier, he spent over 20 years at Boston Consulting Group as a Managing Director and Senior Partner in the Healthcare Practice, advising biopharmaceutical and medical device companies on high-impact growth strategy, portfolio optimization, and transactions. He holds a PhD from Princeton University and a BA from Harvard University.
