Christina Carlson*

Christina Carlson joined Lakefront in June 2026 in connection with the Ouro Medicines transaction. Prior to Lakefront, she served as General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer at Ouro Medicines, as General Counsel at Human Immunology Biosciences, and as Vice President, Corporate Legal and Assistant Secretary at Gilead Sciences, where she led legal teams across the U.S. and Latin America and supported major transactions. Earlier, she practiced at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. She holds a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law and a BA from the University of California, Davis.
