Aaron Cox

Aaron Cox is Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at Lakefront Biotherapeutics. He joined the company in July 2025. Prior to joining Lakefront, he was Executive Vice President and CFO of Horizon Therapeutics, where he played a key role in its $28 billion acquisition by Amgen. Earlier at Horizon, he served as Head of Corporate Development and Chief of Staff to the CEO, and held investment banking roles at BMO Capital Markets, JMP Securities, and Stout. He holds an MBA with High Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
