Tania Philipp is Chief People Officer at Lakefront Biotherapeutics. She joined the company in March 2026. Prior to Lakefront, she served as Chief People Officer at Vor Bio supporting organizational growth. Earlier, she held Human Resource leadership roles at Tango Therapeutics and Bavarian Nordic. She holds an MA from the University of the Pacific and attended Hollins University.
